Rental Portfolio loans bundle multiple residential income properties into one loan. You can qualify several properties at once and save on processing costs. There's only one monthly payment and release clauses are built-in if you want to sell one or more of the properties during the loan term.
You can access the equity in your investment properties by obtaining a cash-out loan through us. We'll qualify you based on the Debt Service Coverage Ratio of the property and your Credit Score.
Banks don't like to lend to LLC's and have trictions on the amount of mortgages you have on our credit report. We prefer to lend to LLC's and we don't report our loans to the credit bureaus.
